Head of IT Process, Monitoring & Demand management TIM
Graduated in Electronic Engineering, with relevant and extensive experience in the Information and Communication Technologies industry, she held positions of increasing responsibility in TIM, mainly dealing with Demand & Service Management of IT solutions to support marketing and caring processes. Certified as Innovation Manager, she contributed to design and implement technical solutions for corporate transformation projects.
She is currently responsible for the Processes, Monitoring & Demand area of TIM Consumer Department, ensuring the engineering, the (end-to end) monitoring of the main business processes and the demand management activities against the technical structures. Since July 2022 she has been a Board Member of Telsy, a TIM group company specialized in cybersecurity solutions.
After obtaining a Master’s degree in Social Forecasting from the University of Trento, she studies scenarios and methods for Strategic Foresight.
