Lorenzo Minelli joined Itema Group in 2014 as director of the newly created research center for advanced technological innovation, at the Kilometrorosso science park. In 2016, Minelli is also assigned the Product Development department of Itema Group, to which the Operations department of Itema SpA is added in 2020.
Also in 2020, take on the General Management of Itemalab, a new company in the Itema group, which today has over 70 specialists and includes two divisions, the “Textile” dedicated to product engineering for the group’s core business; the “Industrial” which has the mission of supporting the re-engineering of key processes for the Italian and worldwide plants of the Itema group.
Lorenzo is a professional with huge and diversified experience in managing global projects and programs in the field of complex industrial product development, he boasts an important career in multinational companies such as Fiat, Pininfarina, Accenture, Ferrari and BredaMenarini Bus (a Finmeccanica company).
Lorenzo Minelli is graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico of Milan in 1996, he is married and he has three sons.
