Luigi Guaragna, with a degree in Management Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, started his professional career in 1998 at EniData a provider of IT services in the Eni Group. Starting as a business analyst on ERP applications, he was then Project Manager of IT system implementation projects. In 2007, he took on the role of Head of IT Program Management for HR, HSE and other Corporate Functions. He became Manager of the Competence Centre of Accounting, Finance, Planning and Control Systems of the Eni Group in July 2008. In January 2010, he became Head of the Project Management and Operational Planning unit and transferred to the IT Projects and Change Management unit in July 2013. Since October 2015, he has been reporting to the Head of Digital & Information Technology of Eni Group. In March 2021, was appointed Head of Global Cyber Security.
