Nicola Marsala, mechanical engineer born in 1972, after a thesis in Piaggio joined Fiat where he began an inter-functional path in manufacturing, purchasing and sales having the opportunity to be part of various international teams during the Joint Venture with GM and live for 2 years in China between 2003 and 2004. After some significant transfers in the BMW group and Bridgestone, he landed in Kia in 2011, the year the branch was formed, where he held various positions in the Commercial Management, Network Development, After Sales, concluding after 11 years as Director of Sales, Product and Mobility Services.
He joins NIO, a global Chinese manufacturer of premium electric cars, as Italian Country Manager at the beginning of 2023 with the aim of preparing the sales branch and the Italian commercial network as part of the Brand development strategy in Europe. Dad of Emma and Edoardo, always passionate about motorcycles, cars, travel and photography.
