PhD in Industrial Design and Multimedia Communication, full professor of the School of Design at Politecnico di Milano where she teaches in the Master Programs “Design for the Fashion System” and “Management Engineering”. She coordinates the joint program between Polimi and Fashion Institute of Technology, New York. She is also faculty member of international joint programs among which the “Data Shack Program” within the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS), Harvard University.
She is Deputy Director of the Department of Design, Scientific Director of the Gianfranco Ferré Research Centre, and cofounder of the research lab “Fashion in Process”. Her research focuses on the role of design in guiding digital transformation in fashion companies towards more sustainable and equitable paradigms.
