Stefano joined NextEnergy Capital in September 2016 as Portfolio Manager and now is Investment Director at Starlight. Stefano has a long experience in renewable energy sector with focus in M&A, asset management and structured finance transactions for both debt and equity side. He began his career path with a 5 years’ experience in an Italian independent merchant bank – joining the Debt Syndication and Equity advisory team – then he progressed working as Investment Manager in Enfinity NV, Electrawinds NV (now Elicio), renewable energy producers operating internationally, and then as an advisor managing several portfolios of solar assets in Italy for different institutional investors.
